I am the observer type so it’s really fun for me to see how they’re talking to their families, how they’re eating their sandwiches, how they’re spending time with… friends. You know what I’ve noticed? (This will be very helpful if you really want to make money blogging…)

Quite opposite actually. They use simple, colloquial expressions, slang, stories, metaphors, etc. Why? Because they’re easy to use and fun at the same time. If you want to entertain people on your blog, the one thing you have to keep in mind is making sure you write how people talk. Just turn your posts into a conversation with your readers, and you’ll do just fine.

Most oftentimes the word “hook” has negative connotations associated with it; when it’s simply a slang term for “what is it that my readers are interested in, and how do I craft this in a compelling way to get and keep their attention?” (Much easier to say hook if you ask me).
I like what you do here, and I particulalry like this post. Especially the part about reading boring blogs with absolutely no personality!
Bloggers, aka people, online today are sick & tired of the same ol’ rehashed, reconstituted, and repackaged crap spoon fed to them as if they’re some kind of freakin idiot or something…

Well, I use the word “hook” is because “interested” is a common word which I believe it’s a boring word and because I want to get attention of the audience… I uses “hook”

People don’t need a boring blog. This is a straight punch for bloggers who blog and cant find the right direction in terms of what to blog (what to write). They end up writing non sense stuffs and just after few posts and few discussions they become tired and stop blogging – Wasted.

I truly love the way you laid this out. I think I have a lot to do about this because I’m always writing in a lecture style of writing. Though I from time to time put in a few things that are personal but most of the content always come out in a classroom style. Of course change is not easy to come by but I’ll have to work on this.
