I’m a big believer that life is meant to be lived, not worked away in isolation, which is why any business owner, whether blogger or startup founder, needs to be prepared to outsource the aspects of their business that…
Keep Them From
Enjoying Life !
Sure, in the beginning, you’re trying to do it all on your own, at least until some money comes in, but if you take a look at the real business world, you’ll see most business owners adopting strategies like these either end up broke and burned out, or worse, making just enough money that they’ll never escape the rat race. They’ve built themselves a prison…
A Prison
Which is Their Business !
So my recommendation is that you find other ways to raise money for your business, and then use that money wisely to outsource and improve your business…
Growth Potential !
Here are 4 ways I think could benefit you:
1. Outsource Content
There are some people that can write, and some that can’t, that’s just the way the cookie crumbles. If you suck at writing, or just aren’t that good, then you have two choices:
- Study your ass off until you become good
- Hire someone that’s good, and outsource it.
Good content is hard to find, but it can be found, and believe me – it’s not always cheap. However, I treat investments in content like investments in stock. These are pieces of content I own, and I can count on them using for as long as my blog exists. I invest in great content the same way I invest in great stocks. Always…
Buy With the Goal in Mind !
2. Outsource Design
The same principles hold true here too…not everyone can design, and if you aren’t good, then outsource it. Sure, you can learn, but while you are learning, pay someone to design for you so that your blog doesn’t look like it was designed by a hack. Far too many bloggers spend days, weeks, and months trying to save money by designing on their own, and I hate to say it, but…
They Often
Look Like Shit !
Find a good designer, and pay them what they are worth. Like content…
Good Design
is Like Gold !
3. Outsource Customer Service
I love hearing from readers and customers, but at some point, the email becomes too much and distracts me from getting any real work done. Consider setting up a unique email and outsource to someone to…
Route Email for You !
If the reply can be answer easily, then your assistant handles it, and if it needs something with a bit more nuance, then they hand it to you. This can reduce email by quite a bit, and can relieve the burden that you feel trying to carry your entire business…
On Your Back !
4. Outsource Marketing
I feel like I’m beating a dead horse here, but just because you bought a book on marketing doesn’t mean you are a good marketer. There’s a reason that marketing agencies exist, and why they get paid tons of money to do their job -
They Get Results !
Trying to do your own marketing is like trying to build your own rocket. You might have a successful launch, but there’s a better chance that the rocket will…
Explode
in Your Face !
If your business is important, then do yourself a favor and at least consult with a professional and get some real advice. If you can afford it, find a partner that can help you on a consistent basis via something like…
A Revenue Share !
I know it sounds scary to spend money before you earn it, but this is the way real businesses are built, and if you’re serious about making money, you simply cannot ignore…

I spent countless hours trying to create a eBook cover and it did look terrible. This is one area that I am willing to outsource to another right now.

The first question you need to ask yourself is, how much are you willing to spend to get a unique and beautiful ecover.
The price can range from $20 to $300 and more. But I will recommend if you are selling or giving away is best to spend an ecover design for a range from $50 to $100.
The best place you can find good graphic designer is in Warrior Forum.
But if you want to get hold of the designer I hire, you will have to spend more then just $100 and most probably $300 for an ecover, which I do not recommend unless you had the budget and a marketing plan to really make it worth.

You do raise good points Wong and what some businesses don’t take into account is the time element. If you do not have the skills or experience you will not only not do a great job you will not be using your time effectively or experience the ROI that you want.

Yes, a real business involve lots of stuff and we as human can only do so much in a day, so it’s best to outsource and concentrate only what we love and best of all counting the money!

Wong, I love the idea of treating investments in content just like stock. I do that very thing on one of my blogs where I use staff writers. I weigh the price per post against how much ad revenue I can generate in the long run and how much better my blog will do in the SERPs based on fresh content. If I see a positive trend, I pay for more content!

I already outsource content creation and design. I think it is very important to outsource because then you can focus your time and energy on what you are really good at. I will consider outsourcing marketing as well since I don’t have a product and mostly does affiliate marketing I don’t thinks its a viable option now.

But I don need to outsource exactly yet I need to hire some reliable and consistent authors for my website. Hope to get soon

I can conclude that you are doing outsourcing yourself! It is quite a good idea to increase profits in business. It is now trendy to hire someone but not actually hiring an employee physically. We don’t spend much on their wages while acquiring the same output at a time. I am doing this as well. Lucky enough to get the best employee in the opposite world.
