I have heard the term a Buyer is always a Buyer from Big Internet Marketers too. I completely agree with all the stuffs you have written because some other big marketing gurus also tell the same thing.
The problem is even if many know the secret they do not take the action (like me) and those who take action would always tell you the above things.

The reason behind is… the fear of getting “rejected” from the first sale.
